Based in Utah, we are looking to hire a part‑time Hotel Maintenance Worker – Handyman
. This entry‑level position requires no experience and earns a competitive wage of $16/hour
, depending on experience. We provide awesome benefits, including Hilton rates as low as $40/night at any Hilton/Western States property for our team members worldwide, and rates up to 50% off for their families and friends.
As a Hotel Maintenance Worker – Handyman, you have the important responsibility of keeping our rooms, pool area, and shared spaces in tip‑top shape. You do this through our structured program of preventative, corrective, and repair maintenance. Each day you inspect our building and grounds, identifying small issues before they become big problems. A self‑motivated go‑getter, you complete work orders in a timely manner.
You monitor the pool and make sure the chemistry and temperature are where they need to be. The outside grounds also fall under your jurisdiction. You keep the grounds and landscaping looking great, and you also ensure timely snow removal as needed. Our guests are able to enjoy a beautiful and safe stay with you on the job, and you take pride in keeping it that way!
Qualifications- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
No experience is required for this entry‑level position – we will train you! If you have a desire to learn and grow, can effectively prioritize multiple tasks, and are a self‑starter, you might just be perfect for this entry‑level position.
WORK SCHEDULEThis part‑time position typically works over the weekend on Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
