Bella Four Bakery, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to provide Electrical and Mechanical maintenance support for plant and facility operations. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues and repair equipment to meet industry standards while complying with USDA, OSHA, FDA, EPA and local regulations.
Shift is 6p–6:30am, 2-2-3 rotation. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing conveyors, ovens and forming equipment, reading schematics, and maintaining documentation
