Join our team as a Shift Coordinator – Hot Metals, where you'll lead and support a team of maintenance tradespeople in delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality maintenance work. In this role, you'll help ensure consistent application of asset management practices while creating an environment where your team can do their best work.

You'll play an important part in maintaining the safety, reliability, and performance of our operations. While building a strong, collaborative team culture. We're committed to maximizing the value of our assets through thoughtful planning, innovation, and continuous improvement. Our approach includes modeling, forecasting, and lifecycle management. In this role, you will:

• Lead and support a team of tradespeople in executing maintenance activities safely and efficiently
• Coordinate and allocate resources to respond to breakdowns and planned maintenance work
• Provide guidance and support to resolve day-to-day challenges in the field
• Promote and reinforce safe work practices and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver maintenance plans, including shutdown activities
• Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

• Leadership:
  Experience leading, coaching, or supporting a team in a collaborative and inclusive way
• Maintenance & Asset Management:
  Solid background in maintenance operations, with an understanding of equipment reliability and familiarity with asset management principles (lifecycle, reliability, risk)
• Problem Solving & Execution:
  Ability to assess challenges, think critically, and take practical, timely action
