** Job Description Summary*
* Performs tasks to ensure the cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, leasing office, and amenities to maintain property appeal.

* Essential Responsibilities:

**

Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.

Maintains market-ready appeal by freshening vacant apartments and show units throughout the day.

Assists in make-ready processes and performs additional duties as requested by management.

Reports hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors.

Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and informs supervisors when reordering is needed.

** Required Licenses or

Certifications:

Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

** Physical Demands:**

Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
Travel may be required for various work-related activities.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
