Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, General Labor
Compensation and Benefits

What You'll Be DoingAs part of our Golf Course Maintenance team, you'll play a key role in keeping our grounds healthy, safe, and visually stunning. Your work will directly impact member satisfaction and the overall guest experience.
What You're Looking For- 3-5 years of experience in golf course maintenance or turf management
- High School Diploma required; 2-year Agronomy Degree preferred
- Advanced understanding of turf care, equipment operation, and regulatory compliance
- State pesticide application certification (or willingness to obtain/maintain-required)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to professionalism, respect, and quality service
This role is hands-on, active, and outdoors. You can expect:
- Regular walking, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and equipment operation
- Frequent work in heat, cold, rain, and varying outdoor conditions
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional exposure to biological materials
- Evening and weekend shifts, especially during peak seasons
