Compensation and Benefits

As part of our Golf Course Maintenance team, you'll play a key role in keeping our grounds healthy, safe, and visually stunning. Your work will directly impact member satisfaction and the overall guest experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in golf course maintenance or turf management
• High School Diploma required; 2-year Agronomy Degree preferred
• Advanced understanding of turf care, equipment operation, and regulatory compliance
• State pesticide application certification (or willingness to obtain/maintain-required)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to professionalism, respect, and quality service

This role is hands-on, active, and outdoors. You can expect:

• Regular walking, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and equipment operation
• Frequent work in heat, cold, rain, and varying outdoor conditions
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional exposure to biological materials
• Evening and weekend shifts, especially during peak seasons
