The American National Red Cross seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility upkeep, safety, and reliability in support of our humanitarian mission. In this role, you will lead technicians and vendors, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, manage work orders, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You'll collaborate with operations and disaster response teams to keep facilities mission-ready, maintain records and inventories, and recommend improvements.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations for Red Cross facilities to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant environments.
- Lead, schedule, and support a small team of technicians and contractors, assigning and tracking work orders.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs for building systems, equipment, and grounds.
- Coordinate repairs, inspections, and vendor services while managing maintenance supplies and inventory.
- Monitor facility conditions, respond to urgent maintenance issues, and minimize downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, logs, and documentation to support audits and safety standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and regulatory requirements in all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with operations and program teams to support disaster response readiness and blood services.
- Recommend improvements to maintenance processes, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
- Support budgeting input for maintenance needs and capital improvement projects.
