Maintenance Supervisor
We seek a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure the upkeep and repair of buildings and grounds at AMC Property Management.

Responsibilities- Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks, including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
- Assist with interviewing, screening, and making recommendations for service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel in conjunction with management.
- Assist in the training of all service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
- Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment cleanliness.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and maintenance methods.
- Maintain MSDS sheets and replacement logs.
- Hold the maintenance team accountable for meeting expectations, including attendance.
- Schedule and supervise vendor work and support vendor selection.
- Manage the inventory, ordering, and delivery of necessary supplies and equipment for the service, custodial, and grounds departments under the community manager’s direction.
- Ensure OSHA and company safety policies are complied with at all times.
- Handle lock-outs resulting from evictions and provide 24‑hour response to service requests.
- Be available on an on‑call basis.
- Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
- Remove snow and ice as necessary.
- Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
- Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Self‑motivated with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with hand tools, including power tools.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Property maintenance or handyman experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Background and drug screening required.
Full‑time: $38.00–$43.00 per hour.
