Contents and Cleaning Tech for a Restoration Company in San Angelo, TX.

The Contents and Cleaning Tech is responsible for tracking and documenting all aspects of the contents handling and processing on a project. This includes the pack‑out portion of a job, cleaning of contents and put‑back of contents.

• Content inventory related activities for the commercial/residential project.
• Document all content inventory within the structure.
• Works on contents through the moving, cleaning or deodorization process.
• Documents all non‑salvageable contents within the commercial project.

• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with others, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner. Multi‑or Bilingual language skills are preferred but not required.
• Detail oriented with respect to the documentation of all contents.
• Intermediate organizational skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• Should attain the OSHA 30‑Hour General Industry training certification.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.

• Fast‑paced, high pressure work environment.
• Shift hours may vary depending on the size and scope of the project but will typically consist of eight (8) to ten (10) hour shifts.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.
