- You'll see the impact of your work daily. Your efforts directly contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for patients, employees, and guests.
- Variety in your day. No two days are exactly alike - from repairs and landscaping to special projects and facility improvements, you'll stay engaged and challenged.
- Mission-driven culture. Join a team committed to doing the right thing, delivering excellence, and supporting one another.
- Growth-oriented environment. We value initiative, leadership, and employees who are eager to learn new skills and take ownership of their work.
- Team-focused atmosphere. You'll work alongside people who genuinely care about collaboration, respect, and making a difference.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- General construction and maintenance knowledge preferred
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and equipment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and follow instructions
