As a Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and staff.

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, including common areas, restrooms, and entryways.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces as needed, ensuring all areas are appropriately arranged and presentable.
• Perform routine inspections of the property and promptly report maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure the efficient delivery of services and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure all tools and cleaning equipment are properly maintained and stored securely after use.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and distributing supplies and deliveries as required.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to [specify weight] when necessary.
