Laborer; Alamo Cement

Alamo Cement Company, part of the Buzzi SpA family, is a long‑standing cement producer based in San Antonio, Texas. We’re seeking an entry‑level Laborer to support plant operations and help us continue to maintain our leading position in the industry.

• Perform housekeeping throughout the plant.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Safely operate and maintain stationary equipment such as skid loaders, forklifts, and vacuum trucks.
• Conduct safety checks on all equipment each shift and complete required paperwork.
• Serve as a role model for leadership, teamwork, customer focus, continuous improvement, safety, and environmental stewardship.

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Ability to work different extended hours, holidays, and/or overtime.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Capacity to work independently without constant supervision.
• Ability to work inside and outside in year‑round weather conditions.
• In good physical condition; able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.; sit and stand for extended periods; kneel; climb ladders; walk on mixed terrain and in confined spaces.
