Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to join our team at various locations across Pensacola, Florida; and San Antonio, Texas. This role is ideal for transitioning service members who possess technical skills and a strong work ethic, along with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Remove and replace various aircraft components using special tooling and ground support equipment, following supervisor's directives and manuals.
• Complete routine and non-routine maintenance and repair assignments efficiently and according to established procedures.
• Maintain personal tools in serviceable condition and ensure a clean work area.
• Adhere to safe maintenance practices and comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and communicate effectively with technical training teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Crew Chief.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active transitioning member of the US Armed Services.
• Ability to pass FAA drug and alcohol screening and background check.

Physical Requirements:

• Mobility around various sections of aircraft.
• Dexterity to remove and replace parts efficiently.
• Mental agility to handle stress and long working hours.
• Capacity to learn and adhere to safety protocols.
• Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
