Location:

Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Pay: $16-$17 per hour
We're hiring a dependable Porter/Groundskeeper to help maintain a clean, attractive, and welcoming community. If you enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and taking pride in keeping a property looking its best, this role is a great match.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor areas, walkways, breezeways, and common spaces
- Remove trash and debris from dumpsters, compactors, and designated collection points
- Sweep, power wash, and tidy exterior surfaces
- Assist the maintenance team with basic tasks when needed
- Report any safety issues, maintenance concerns, or unusual activity
- Support seasonal projects and community upkeep
- Ensure the property always presents a polished, well-kept appearance
- Strong reliability and work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically active throughout the day
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Prior porter or groundskeeping experience is helpful but not required
- Weekly pay
