* What you will do:

** Inspectors are responsible for conducting routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on Electrical, Sprinkler or Suppression life safety product lines as well as similar competitive manufacturers’ product lines.
** How you will do it
** Perform
** routine inspections, testing, and maintenance
** of life safety products (and competitive brands)  Work with
** low voltage wiring and associated devices
** Complete and archive inspection documentation via laptop  Make minor repairs and programming changes under supervision  Follow a structured inspection schedule and complete assignments on time  Read & interpret
** blueprints, diagrams, and manuals
** Provide excellent customer service and clear communication  Always follow safety guidelines and procedures  Perform other duties as assigned.
** What we look for

* Required:

*
* ** 5 - 10 years minimum
** of documented experience in
** sprinkler systems*
* ** RME-I License** (Texas Department of Insurance requirement)  

Experience with
** wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam systems
** Ability to read & interpret
** blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
** Skilled with
** hand tools and multi-meters
** Physical ability to lift/move 50-70 lbs & work in challenging spaces (ladders, scaffolding, crawl spaces, ceilings)  Flexibility to work
** on-call, nights, weekends**, and travel as needed  Valid driver's license & acceptable driving record  Ability to pass background & drug test  Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and quick learner
** Preferred:*

* ** Backflow Certification*
* ** NICET Level II Certification
