Daily Cleaning & Sanitation:
Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, restrooms, and kitchen; sweep, mop, and scrub floors; clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, and high-touch surfaces; stock supplies.;
Exterior Maintenance:
Keep parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping clean; remove trash; maintain signage; monitor landscaping.;
Equipment & Preventative Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment; access roof to clean HVAC filters; follow maintenance calendar; report broken equipment.;
Safety & Compliance:
Follow food safety standards; use PPE; address leaks; proper mopping procedures; report hazards; operate equipment safely.;
Operational Support:
Assist management during busy periods; complete maintenance logs and checklists; participate in safety inspections; maintain professional demeanor.
