Hotel Maintenance Supervisor – Job Overview

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. As a Hotel Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of physical building and system maintenance and repairs and deliver memorable experiences for our guests.

• Ensure facility safety and compliance: support maintenance of hotel buildings, mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Supervise maintenance operations: assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks, ensuring thorough documentation of completed work in the property management system
• Oversee contractor work: supervise external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance
• Respond to service requests: ensure maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations are addressed promptly and efficiently
• Supervise and develop the team: train, schedule, and supervise maintenance team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and performance
