McDonald's -  - Responsibilities:
Daily Cleaning & Sanitation:
Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, restrooms, and kitchen;
Sweep, mop, and scrub floors;
Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, and high-touch surfaces;
Restrooms;
Windows and entryways;
Stock supplies;
Exterior Maintenance:
Keep parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping clean;
Remove trash, grease, gum, spills;
Maintain trash receptacles and signage;
Monitor landscaping;
Equipment & Preventative Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment (fryers, vats);
Access roof to clean HVAC filters;
Follow Planned Maintenance Calendar;
Report broken or unsafe equipment;
Safety & Compliance:
Follow food safety and sanitation standards;
Use PPE;
Maintain a safe work environment;
Address leaks;
Properly uses equipment (power washer, ladder, etc.);
Proper lifting techniques;
Operational Support:
Assist management during busy periods;
Complete maintenance logs and checklists;
Participate in safety inspections;
Maintain professional demeanor
