Maintain H-E-B facilities and systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability;
Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement on buildings, mechanical, electrical, hydraulics/pneumatics;

Repair/replace basic plumbing fixtures and determine appropriate maintenance methods;
