Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Knowledge of general maintenance of buildings.
• Ability to understand and follow work orders and to make independent and good judgement decisions within proper policy and procedures.
• Knowledge of safety precautions with equipment including plumbing and electrical.
• Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• One year experience of related experience.
• Supervisor experience preferred.

• Ability to walk extensively while on outside property.
• Ability to climb and descend stairs.
• Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time.
• Ability to see within normal parameters.
• Ability to hear within normal range.
• Ability to lift approximately fifty pounds.
• Ability to reach and extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction.
• Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole hand(s) or arm(s), for example, using a keyboard.
