Overview

The Maintenance Flex Specialist plays a highly adaptable role, providing support for property maintenance across multiple communities. This position ensures continuity during urgent coverage needs, assists with property transitions, and leads special maintenance projects. The role requires the ability to adapt quickly to different property layouts, teams, and priorities while upholding Francis Property Management’s standards of quality, safety, and customer service.

• Multi-Property Support:
  Travel to assigned communities to provide temporary leadership, coverage, or technical support during staff vacancies, leaves of absence, or high workload periods.
• Special Projects:
  Oversee and execute assigned projects such as renovations, capital improvements, energy efficiency upgrades, and property transitions.
• Rapid Response:
  Quickly assess maintenance needs at unfamiliar properties, prioritize tasks, and mobilize resources to address urgent issues.
• Mentorship:
  Train and mentor on-site maintenance staff in company policies, safety standards, and best practices.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner with multiple Property Managers, Regional Managers, and corporate departments to align efforts with operational goals.
• Flexible Scheduling:
