Description
The Palms at 8800 Apartments is now hiring a Make Ready Tech in San Antonio, TX.
Duties:
* Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
* Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed
* Provide residents with outstanding customer service
Requirements
* At least 12 months of onsite multifamily experience
* Previous experience as a Make Ready required
* Possess valid Identification
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
