Tarantino Properties is currently seeking for Apartment Cleaner / Housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of resident's apartments and common areas of our Apartments Communities in San Antonio, TX.
Essential Functions:
* Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes (make-ready units)
* Maintain cleanliness of common areas (clubhouse, hallways, laundry rooms, etc.)
* Assist with light groundskeeping as needed
* Report any maintenance or safety concerns
* Help create a positive first impression for new residents
Requirements
* Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred (but not required!)
* Strong attention to detail
* Dependable and team-oriented
* Ability to work on your feet and stay active throughout the day
