RAM Partners, LLC is a full-service real-estate management company that manages more than 80,000 apartments throughout the United States. $23 per hour. Competitive compensation includes bonuses outlined by the property commission structure.

• 15 days of paid time off per year (prorated based on start date).

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Complete make-readies.
• Maintain property, grounds and common areas.
• Preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• EPA HVAC certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
