Performs preventative maintenance on hospital equipment and heating and air conditioning systems;
Replaces light bulbs, fluorescent tubes, switchers, plugs, receptacles, ballasts, and makes repairs on faucets, commodes, valves and door closures;
Maintains and repairs patient room equipment such as beds, bedside tables, lights, nurse call systems and plumbing equipment;
Operates and maintains Emergency Generators;
Performs carpentry, floor tile, ceramic wall tile repairs, and painting
