• Inspectandmaintaintheproperty,buildings, and equipment.
• Organize,prioritize, andcompleteunitmake-readies,service requests, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
• Respond to emergency conditions before, during, or after business hours.
• Maintain supplies,tools, andequipmentneededfor maintenanceandrepairs.

• One year of maintenance experience in property management or related field
• Possession of minimum tools required
• Ability to be available “oncall” 24 hours, seven days a week
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR

• Hourly Rate
• Full-time
