Janitor/Housekeeper

• A self-starter who enjoys taking on new challenges to expand his/her role
• Mature, responsible and self-motivated individual with a strong work-ethic

• Able to multi-task handling several projects, while working independently or with a team
• Punctual and organized
• Highly motivated and able to follow instructions
• Safety conscious

• Cleaning offices, cafeteria, restrooms and windows
• Sweeping, mopping and dusting
• Restocking hand soap, toilet tissue and paper towels
• Taking out trash from the offices, restroom and cafeteria
• Other duties as assigned

• Self-starter that desires to take initiative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, open work-space environment
• Ability to work well with a team or autonomously
• Ability to safely, physically and competently perform routine maintenance

• Must be able to push a mop bucket with water that weighs 20 lbs. and without water 7 lbs.
• Must be able to use a wet mop up to 7 lbs.
• Must be able to pull and push a supply cart with wheels that weights 15 lbs.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 8–10 hours
• Must be able to pull trash bags out of a trash can that can weigh up to 25 lbs.
• Moderate twisting, lifting and climbing stairs throughout the day
