EssentialFunctions
Property Cleanliness and Upkeep
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, amenities, and outdoor spaces. Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to ensure a pristine environment that reflects the property's luxury standards.
- Accountable for inventory management of grounds supplies and equipment.
Grounds Maintenance
- Ensure the community's outdoor areas, including walkways, parking lots, and landscaped spaces, are well-kept, safe, and visually appealing. Remove debris, monitor for hazards, and report any necessary repairs or concerns to the maintenance team.
Amenity Care and Presentation
- Regularly inspect and clean community amenities such as fitness center, pool, and both inside and outside lounges. Ensure these spaces are well-stocked and ready for use, addressing any issues promptly to maintain a premium resident experience.
Support for Maintenance and Management Teams
- Assist the maintenance and management teams with light repairs, deliveries, or event preparations. Proactively communicate any observed maintenance needs or resident concerns to ensure timely resolutions.
Resident and Guest Interaction
- Provide friendly and courteous assistance to residents and guests by answering questions, offering directions, or addressing immediate concerns. Serve as a visible representative of the community's commitment to luxury and exceptional service.
- Minimum 2 years of high touch; detailed exterior cleanliness (ie luxury and or resort spaces, golf courses)
- Fair Housing Certification obtained within 60 days of hire
