Regency Integrated Health Services - - Responsibilities:
Maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner;
Supervise day-to-day maintenance functions of assigned personnel and assist the Maintenance Supervisor;
Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services in resident living and/or recreational areas;
Submit accident/incident reports to the director;
Ensure use of safety equipment and proper labeling/storage of hazardous chemicals
