Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs and general upkeep of the property Facility structures; drywall patching, painting, minor carpentry, and tile work;
Basic electrical maintenance; replacing ballasts, outlets, switches, and light fixtures;
Routine HVAC maintenance; changing filters and basic troubleshooting;
Support plumbing repairs; unclogging drains and fixing minor leaks;
Operate and drive utility vehicle from warehouse to park property, transporting personnel, materials, and equipment
