Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager will oversee maintenance staff and equipment to ensure efficient production operations and compliance with safety procedures.

• Creating work plans for staff and contractors.
• Reviewing the maintenance work performed by technicians.
• Making purchasing decisions and recommendations regarding equipment and tools.
• Training workers periodically on various maintenance processes and techniques.
• Monitoring the maintenance budget and identifying cost-effective alternatives.
• Tracking daily inventories, inspecting production units for wear and tear, and ensuring timely replacements.
• Coaching and mentoring teams to encourage, motivate, and guide individuals in learning and improving effectiveness.

• Decision Making and Critical Thinking skills: ability to analyze situations and reach productive decisions.
• Effective Communication: ability to transmit, receive, and interpret ideas and information accurately.
• Planning and Organizing: ability to plan and organize tasks and resources systematically.
• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance principles, methods, and processes.
• Experience with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicators.

First shift position.

Hours:

6:30 AM - 2:30 PM; overtime as needed. The position requires onsite work five days a week. Relocation assistance not available. Sponsorship not available.

Pay Range: $89,210.00 - $. Compensation and benefits may vary based on factors such as job level, location, and experience. Benefits include:
