Super Kleen LLC is hiring hardworking individuals for our Floor Tech position. Floor techs are responsible for maintaining high‑traffic floor areas and helping ensure buildings remain safe, clean, and presentable throughout the route. This role is physically active and ideal for individuals who like staying busy, work with urgency, can work independently, take pride in visible results, and understand teamwork & efficiency.

• Remove trash from offices and common areas
• Transport trash to dumpsters or designated areas
• Sweep hard floors and entryways
• Vacuum carpeted areas and mats
• Mop floors and high‑traffic pathways
  
  Detail corners and edge areas
• Maintain clean and safe floor conditions
• Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment
• Support crew members when needed

Training: 5:00 PM until the route is finished, not exceeding 11:00 PM.

Standard

Schedule:

5:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

Pay: $800. Paid on the 3rd & 17th. Guaranteed bonus structure available based on attendance, route completion, quality of work, teamwork, professional conduct, and other performance metrics.
