Full Time Manual Labor position in San Antonio, TX.

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Assistant at 1800 Broadway. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meet the needs of our residents and staff.

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
• Organize, prioritize, and complete unit make–readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
• Respond to emergency conditions before, during, or after business hours.
• Maintain supplies, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.

• One year of maintenance experience in property management or a related field.
• Possession of the minimum tools required to perform maintenance tasks.
• Ability to be available “on call” 24 hours, seven days a week.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Criminal background check, Non‑DOT testing, MVR.
