* Summary:

** As the Senior Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of our facilities to support our business operations.

* What you will do:

*
* Key responsibilities include:

+ Overseeing the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

+ Working within maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure reliability of facility systems

+ Escorting external contractors ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget

+ Performing regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues, and taking corrective actions as needed.

+ Coordinating with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption to business operations.

+ Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards related to facility maintenance and operations.

* Your profile:

* + High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a focus on preventive maintenance programs and building systems management

+ Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

+ Knowledge of regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards related to facility maintenance and operations

+ Strong problem solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

+ Commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in facility maintenance and operations
