Maintenance Supervisor

Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping facilities running at their best? We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple healthcare locations. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working independently, managing vendors, and tackling a variety of maintenance challenges.

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Perform and coordinate repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, drywall, painting, and general building systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and work orders through a CMMS/ticketing system.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and facility projects.
• Prepare facilities for inspections, weather events, and regulatory requirements.
• Transport tools, equipment, and supplies between locations.

• 10+ years of general maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building systems.
• Experience using CMMS or maintenance work order systems.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing vendors and contractors preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Texas Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
• A reliable vehicle capable of transporting tools, equipment, and supplies between locations.
• Ability to travel regularly between company facilities.
