Perform basic building repairs and replacements (doors, walls, flooring, plumbing fixtures);
Repair/install mechanical equipment and power transmission components;
Read hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and perform preventive maintenance;
Troubleshoot basic electrical circuits and maintain safe work practices;
Read site drawings and perform dock maintenance and related building tasks
