Discovery Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our community. This role focuses on upkeep of grounds, buildings, and equipment, with on-call responsibilities as needed to ensure safety and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of maintenance experience, understands plumbing, electrical, and general mechanical systems, and can respond to emergencies outside regular hours while maintaining strong organization and communication with the team.
