Job Shift: Graveyard

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and work spaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards.

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability, safety focus, and team orientation.
• Physically capable of lifting, moving, climbing, and working with tools and equipment.
• Must be able to work consistent overnight shifts, any day of the week including holidays and weekends.
