What you'll do:

* Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities equipment and fixtures.

* Inspect, clean, and repair equipment, documenting wear and recommending repairs or replacements.

* Conduct major and minor repairs using multiple craft skills, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

* Oversee junior associates and act as job foreman on assigned projects.

* Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, parts inventory, and contractor compliance with quality and safety standards.

* Ensure adherence to OSHA and EPA regulations while maintaining accurate records and reports.

* Provide onsite training and expert guidance to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What you'll bring:

* Proven experience in performing preventive maintenance and equipment repair to ensure facility safety and functionality.

* Strong knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and compliance standards.

* Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues using blueprints and technical manuals.

* Skilled in managing maintenance schedules, work orders, parts inventory, and contractor oversight.

* Demonstrated capability to lead and mentor junior associates while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

* Effective documentation and reporting skills for maintenance activities, expenses, and compliance.

* Commitment to upholding company policies, safety standards, and ethical practices.
