Maintenance, Facility Maintenance

McDonald's -  - Responsibilities:
Daily Cleaning & Sanitation:
Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, restrooms, and kitchen; sweep, mop, and scrub floors; clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, and high-touch surfaces; restrooms; windows and entryways; stock supplies.;
Exterior Maintenance:
Keep parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping clean; remove trash; maintain trash receptacles and outdoor signage; monitor landscaping.;
Equipment & Preventative Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment such as fryers and vats; access roof to clean HVAC filters and coils; follow maintenance calendar; report broken equipment.;
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards; use PPE; address leaks; follow mopping procedures; report hazards; operate equipment safely.;
Operational Support:
Assist management during busy periods; complete maintenance logs and safety inspections; maintain professional demeanor with customers and team members.;

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older; ability to work independently; strong attention to detail; basic knowledge of maintenance and cleaning; ability to lift and perform physical tasks.;
Dependability & Attendance:
Arrive on time; maintain attendance; follow call-in procedures.;
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Fast-paced, outdoor work in varying weather; standing, bending, lifting; exposure to cleaning chemicals; able to work at heights; early morning starts (5:00 AM or earlier) for deliveries.
