Daily Cleaning & Sanitation:
Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, restrooms, and kitchen; sweep, mop, and scrub floors; clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, restrooms, windows, doors, and entryways; stock necessary supplies.;
Exterior Maintenance:
Keep parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping clean and debris-free; manage trash and outdoor signage; monitor landscaping;
Equipment & Preventative Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment including fryers, HVAC components, and roof access; follow maintenance calendar; report broken equipment;
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards; use PPE; address leaks; follow mopping procedures; report hazards;
Operational Support:
Assist management during busy periods; complete maintenance logs and inspections; participate in safety walks; maintain professional demeanor
