Daily cleaning and sanitation of lobby, restrooms, and kitchen; sweep, mop, and scrub floors; clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces; restock supplies;
Exterior maintenance of parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping; remove trash and debris; maintain trash receptacles and outdoor signage;
Equipment and preventative maintenance on fryers, HVAC components; access roof to clean filters; follow maintenance calendar; report broken equipment;
Safety and compliance with food safety standards; use PPE; address leaks; follow mopping procedures and proper signage; report hazards;
Operational support during busy periods; complete maintenance logs and checklists; participate in routine safety inspections; maintain professional demeanor
