Maintain daily cleaning and sanitation of lobby, restrooms, kitchen, and high-touch surfaces;
Perform exterior maintenance of parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping, and signage;
Conduct equipment and preventative maintenance on restaurant systems including fryers, HVAC, and roof components;
Follow safety and compliance procedures including PPE usage, leak repair, proper signage, and hazard reporting;
Assist management and team during busy periods and complete maintenance logs and inspections
