Indigo Apartments is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Tech to ensure the upkeep of the building and grounds through routine work orders and proactive care. You will perform make-ready tasks, diagnose basic HVAC and plumbing issues, and respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of a rotation.
The ideal candidate has basic HVAC & plumbing knowledge, the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, and a dependable, proactive approach to keeping the property safe and well-maintained.
