Daily Cleaning & Sanitation
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, restrooms, and kitchen; sweep, mop, and scrub floors; clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces; restrooms; windows and entryways;
Exterior Maintenance
- Keep parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping clean; remove trash and debris; maintain trash receptacles and outdoor signage; monitor landscaping;
Equipment & Preventative Maintenance
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment including fryers and HVAC access for roof; follow maintenance calendar; report broken/unsafe equipment;
Safety & Compliance
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards; use PPE; address leaks and wet floors; follow mopping procedures; report hazards;
Operational Support
- Assist management during busy periods; complete maintenance logs and safety inspections; maintain professional demeanor with customers and team members
