Maintenance, Facility Maintenance

McDonald's -  - Responsibilities:
Daily Cleaning & Sanitation:
Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, restrooms, and kitchen; sweep, mop, and scrub floors; clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, and high-touch surfaces; restrooms; windows/doors/entryways; stock supplies;
Exterior Maintenance:
Keep parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping clean and debris-free; remove trash; maintain trash receptacles and outdoor signage; monitor landscaping;
Equipment & Preventative Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment including fryers and vats; access roof to clean HVAC filters/condensers/coils; follow Planned Maintenance Calendar; report broken equipment;
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards; use PPE; maintain a safe work environment; report hazards;
Operational Support:
Assist management during busy periods; complete maintenance logs and checklists; participate in walk-throughs and safety inspections; maintain professional demeanor with customers and team members;

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older; ability to work independently; strong attention to detail; basic knowledge of maintenance and cleaning procedures; ability to lift and perform physical tasks
