Daily Cleaning & Sanitation of lobby, restrooms, and kitchen; sweep, mop, and scrub floors; clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, and high-touch surfaces; stock supplies;
Exterior Maintenance of parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping, trash receptacles, and signage; monitor landscaping;
Equipment & Preventative Maintenance on fryers, HVAC roof access, and maintenance calendar adherence; report broken equipment;
Safety & Compliance with food safety standards; proper use of PPE; hazard reporting; safe lifting and signage;
Operational Support including maintenance logs, walk-throughs, and routine inspections; maintain professional demeanor with customers and team members
