Maintain daily cleanliness and sanitation of lobby, restrooms, and kitchen; sweep, mop, and scrub floors including under equipment and furniture; clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, and high-touch surfaces; restrooms and entryways; ensure supplies are stocked;
Exterior maintenance of parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping; remove trash and debris; maintain trash receptacles and outdoor signage;
Equipment and preventative maintenance including cleaning fryers and vats; access roof to clean HVAC filters; follow maintenance calendar; report broken equipment;
Safety and compliance: follow food safety standards; use PPE; address leaks; follow mopping procedures; report hazards; operate equipment safely;
Operational support: assist management during busy periods; complete maintenance logs and checklists; participate in safety inspections; maintain professional demeanor
