Daily cleaning and sanitation of lobby, restrooms, and kitchen; sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors including under equipment and furniture;
Exterior maintenance of parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping, trash removal, and signage;
Equipment and preventative maintenance including cleaning fryers, HVAC access on roof, and following maintenance calendar; report broken/unsafe equipment;
Safety and compliance with food safety standards; proper use of PPE and safe lifting; hazard reporting;
Operational support including maintenance logs, safety inspections, and professional conduct with customers and teammates;
Assist management during busy periods and support team as needed
