Maintenance, Maintenance Worker

McDonald's -  - Responsibilities:
Daily cleaning and sanitation of lobby, restrooms, and kitchen; sweep, mop, and scrub floors; sanitize tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces; restrooms and entryways maintenance; stock supplies;
Exterior maintenance of parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping, trash removal, and signage upkeep;
Equipment and preventative maintenance of fryers, HVAC components, and roof access for maintenance; follow maintenance calendar; report broken equipment;
Safety and compliance with food safety standards; use PPE; address leaks; follow mopping procedures; report hazards;
Operational support including maintenance logs, safety inspections, and routine walk-throughs; maintain professional customer and team member demeanor;
Qualifying:
Must be 18 years or older; ability to lift and perform physical tasks; ability to work independently and manage time; attention to cleanliness; basic maintenance and cleaning procedures (training provided);
Dependability and attendance; punctuality; proper call-in procedures;
Work environment includes fast-paced restaurant setting, outdoor exposure in varying weather, standing, bending, lifting, working with cleaning chemicals; comfortable with heights; earliest arrival by 5:00 AM for deliveries
