Maintain chilled water system and centralized air handling units through regularly scheduled preventative maintenance activities;
Perform coil cleanings, filter changes, test and balance activities, sensor calibrations and UV bulb replacements;
Belt alignments and replacement, drain pan treatments, damper calibration and repairs;
Cleaning interior of AHU; read blueprints, specifications and operations manuals; verify correct operation of DDC/pneumatic control systems;
Complete and document all work and labor time using CMMS; communicate equipment conditions to supervisor; maintain professional appearance; comply with safety policies; perform other duties as assigned
